Advanced 11 Sound Combination Switching System
While creating the Crusader Limited series we were experimenting with body shapes, featuring either pickguard or direct mounted pickups. For the production model we decided to go with Flame tops and pickguards. This is one out of two guitars, which have uncharacteristic direct mounted pickups and our Custom Shop paint job.
The “Fire Gold” also has a Dimarzio D-Sonic in the bridge position and two Dimarzio Area ’58 noiseless single coils in the neck and middle positions. "Fire Gold" features an oiled finished neck, bound rosewood fingerboard, new wiring and Pro-Artist setup. Electronically it features our advanced 11-position switching system, which allows splitting of the bridge humbucker, bridge/neck combination, and all three pickups at the same time.
Just like all of our Hot Rods, this guitar is “One Of” and it comes with its Gary Kramer Custom Shop certificate of Authenticity.
